
The Nike Run Summit was designed to immerse Dick's Sporting Goods associates in the Nike Running brand through hands-on product trial, technical education, and movement. By experiencing Nike Running footwear firsthand, associates gained the confidence and product knowledge to create more authentic consumer connections on the sales floor.
I partnered with cross-functional teams to execute an immersive Nike Running experience for more than 350 Dick's Sporting Goods associates. I facilitated footwear trial sessions, guided the Shakeout Run experience, led education on Nike Running innovations, and delivered interactive product demonstrations that transformed technical product knowledge into hands-on learning.









The summit strengthened associate confidence in Nike Running by combining education with real-world product trial. Through immersive experiences and product storytelling, associates became stronger brand advocates and were better equipped to recommend Nike Running products with authenticity and confidence.
