
The Pegasus Training Class was designed to immerse Nordstrom associates in the Nike Running brand through hands-on product trial, education, and movement. By combining product storytelling with an interactive training experience, the event equipped retail teams to become authentic Nike brand advocates and deliver more informed consumer experiences.
I developed and led the activation, partnering with the Nike Running Studio to create an immersive product experience for Nordstrom associates. I coordinated participant recruitment across multiple stores, managed event logistics and product seeding, collaborated on educational programming, and designed an engaging experience that combined product knowledge, community, and movement.








The activation engaged associates from 11 Nordstrom stores throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, providing first-hand product trialing, interactive education, and experiential learning. By increasing product confidence and strengthening brand affinity, the experience empowered retail teams to authentically recommend Nike Running products while deepening the partnership between Nike and Nordstrom.
